Your rights

Your rights as a sebbi.pro customer

If you are buying as a consumer (for yourself, not for a business), UK law gives you these rights. Nothing in our terms takes them away.

To know who we are and what you pay

Our owner's name and postal address are in our terms, and our email is on Who we are. The price you see is the total price: 50p per device per month after a 7-day free trial, with nothing added at checkout.

To change your mind

You have 14 days from opening your account to cancel for any reason. Because the trial is free and needs no card, you normally won't have paid anything in that time.

To cancel easily, at any time

Cancel online at sebbi.pro/cancel, in one go, with no fee and no need to call or email us. Nothing more is charged after the month you cancel in.

To be reminded

While you're subscribed, we email at least every six months to remind you what you pay and how to cancel.

To a service that works as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, and digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something isn't, tell us and we will put it right. If we can't, you can be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

To honest information

We don't use hidden fees, fake reviews, fake countdowns or pre-ticked boxes. If you ever see something on sebbi.pro that looks like one of those, tell us and we'll fix it.

To complain

See how to complain. For free independent advice, contact Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer.

Your data

You have rights over your personal data under UK GDPR. Sealed records can't be deleted, which is why we ask you never to seal personal details. See data protection.
