Terms of
Service
Document: MC-LEG-001 · Version 1.0 · Effective 5 October 2026
Applies to: sebbi.pro, AILeash, Sentinel, Guardian, SonicBoom, Sebdog, Token Saver, Signal Packs, Human Keys, the machine-proof report and the sebbi.pro connector for AI assistants
Owner: Monop Content · Contact: justin@monopcontent.com
These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use sebbi.pro. They are written to be read. Where something matters, it says so plainly.
1.Who we are
sebbi.pro and AILeash are operated by Justin Antony Dobson, trading as Monop Content, Blyth, Northumberland, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can reach us at justin@monopcontent.com or through sebbi.pro/contact.
"You" means the person or organisation that opens the account. If you open an account for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to bind it to these terms.
2.Agreeing to these terms
You agree to these terms when you open an account on sebbi.pro, when you use an API key, or when an AI assistant acting on your instructions opens an account for you (section 3). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Every version of these terms has a version number and an effective date. The version in force when you agreed is the one recorded against your account.
3.Accounts opened by an AI assistant
You can connect an AI assistant (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) to sebbi.pro at https://sebbi.pro/mcp and have it set up your account.
- Before an account is opened, the assistant is required to show you these terms and the price, and to confirm that you said yes. The account will not open without that confirmation.
- When you say yes through your assistant, you are agreeing, exactly as if you had ticked a box on our website. Your assistant acts on your instructions; it is not a party to this agreement.
- The agreement is sealed into our tamper-evident record with the date, the version of the terms, a fingerprint of your email address (not the address itself), your organisation's name and which assistant arranged it. That record is our evidence of what you agreed and when, and it cannot be altered afterwards by you or by us.
- You are responsible for what you ask your assistant to do with your account and your key.
4.Your account and API key
- Give us a real email address. We use it for your key, your installation guide, alerts you ask for and billing.
- Keep your API key secret. Anyone who has it can act as you. Never put it in browser code or a public repository. If it leaks, tell us and we will replace it.
- One account per email address. You may not sell, share or transfer your account without our written agreement.
5.The free trial
Every product is free for 90 days from the day your account is opened. No card is needed to start. During the trial you have the full engine against your real traffic.
When the trial ends, the service pauses for your key until you add a card. Your key, your records and your device history are kept exactly as they were, and you carry on where you left off once billing is set up.
6.Price and billing
| What | Price |
| All products | 50p per unique device per month after the 90-day trial. A device is a distinct device identifier that used your key in that month. There are no tiers and no minimum term. |
| Human Keys | For individuals, 50p a month for unlimited proofs, taken from your credit wallet and running for 30 days. For businesses, included in the per-device price. |
| Checking proofs | Free, always. Verifying the chain, a block, a report digest or a Human Keys code costs nothing and needs no account. |
| Signal Packs | Writing, reading, forking and publishing are free. Running a pack needs an API key. |
| Referrals | 10p per device per month, for as long as each referred device stays, paid to the holder of the referral code. |
- Billing is monthly, in pounds sterling, through Stripe. We never see or hold your card number.
- You are billed on the real number of unique devices that used your key, not on any estimate you gave when you signed up. You can check your own device count at any time.
- Prices include no VAT at present. If we become required to charge VAT, it will be shown before you are charged.
- Credit wallet top-ups are used for Human Keys and Monop Studio. Unused credit is not refundable except where the law requires.
- If a payment fails, we will tell you. If it is not put right within 14 days, we may pause your key until it is.
7.Cancelling
Stop using your key, or cancel your subscription in Stripe or by emailing us, at any time. Nothing further is charged after the end of the month in which you cancel. There is no cancellation fee.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have 14 days from opening the account to change your mind. Because the service starts straight away and the trial is free, you will normally not have paid anything in that time.
8.The sealed record
The point of sebbi.pro is a record nobody can quietly change. Please understand what that means before you send us anything:
- Decisions and other records you send are sealed into an append-only hash chain. Once sealed, a record cannot be edited or deleted — not by you, not by us. That is a feature you are paying for.
- The chain is timestamped externally (OpenTimestamps and Bitcoin) and witnessed by independent operators, so its history is held in places we do not control.
- Some records and proofs are public by design so anyone can verify them. Public verification routes never reveal your personal data.
Do not send personal data into the chain. Use pseudonymous identifiers for people and devices (for example a hashed customer number, never a name, email address or phone number). Because the chain cannot forget, anything identifying you send into it stays there. Request details we record for the machine-proof report are kept
off the chain and deleted after two years; only their fingerprints are sealed. See the
Data Protection Statement.
9.Your data
How we handle personal data, what we deliberately never hold, how long we keep things and how to exercise your rights is set out in the Data Protection Statement, which forms part of these terms. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so only to provide the service you asked for.
10.Acceptable use
You must not use sebbi.pro to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- send content that sexualises children, or any material you have no right to send;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service beyond the public verification routes we publish for that purpose;
- misrepresent a sealed record, a Human Keys proof or a report as proving more than it does, or present our verdicts as legal certification;
- impersonate sebbi.pro, Monop Content or anyone else;
- resell the service without our written agreement (our partner programme is the way to do that).
11.Your responsibilities
- Your decisions stay yours. sebbi.pro scores and records decisions; it does not make your business decisions for you. You decide what to do with an ALLOW, CHALLENGE or BLOCK.
- We are not your lawyer. Our mapping of features to laws such as the EU AI Act, the Online Safety Act and the ICO Children's Code is design guidance, not legal advice or certification. Your compliance remains your responsibility, and you should take your own legal advice.
- A record proves what was sealed, not that it was right. A sealed decision proves what was recorded and when, and that it has not changed since. It does not prove the decision was correct or that your records are complete.
- You are responsible for the data you send, for having the right to send it, and for telling the people it concerns where the law requires.
12.Signal Packs you publish
When you publish a Signal Pack, it becomes public, is sealed into the chain with you named as its author, and can be read and forked by anyone. You keep the credit for it. You give us and other users a free, worldwide, permanent licence to read, run, copy and adapt it within sebbi.pro. Do not publish anything you are not entitled to share.
13.Intellectual property
sebbi.pro, AILeash and our software, designs, documentation and names belong to us (see legal.txt). Your account gives you a licence to use the service for your own business while your account is active. Files we give you to run (such as the SDK or Sebdog) are licensed on the terms that come with them. Your data and your records belong to you.
14.The service
- We work hard to keep sebbi.pro available, and every change is tested before it ships, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Our integrations are designed to fail open where we say so, so your systems keep running if we are unreachable.
- We may improve, change or retire features. If we retire something you pay for, we will tell you at least 30 days before, except where we must act faster for security or legal reasons.
- Links to other tools (such as Lovable, Zapier or AI assistants) are for your convenience. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
15.Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
- Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss.
- Subject to that, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months, or £100 if greater.
- The service is provided as described on sebbi.pro. Beyond what these terms say and what the law implies and does not allow us to exclude, we give no other promises about it. See also liability.txt.
16.Suspension and ending
We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or that we are legally required to act on. Where it is safe to, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. You can close your account at any time. When an account closes, records already sealed stay in the chain (section 8); everything else is handled as set out in the Data Protection Statement.
17.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each version gets a new number and date, and the changes take effect 30 days after we publish them, unless they are needed sooner for legal reasons. If you keep using the service after that, the new version applies. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
18.Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your home courts. Please contact us first — most problems can be sorted out quickly.
The short version. Ninety days free. Then 50p per device per month, billed on real usage, cancel any time. Keep your key secret. Send pseudonymous data, because sealed records cannot be deleted. We record and prove; you decide, and you stay responsible for your own compliance.
