How to complain

1. Tell us. Email justin@monopcontent.com with what went wrong and what you'd like us to do. Include your account email so we can find you.

2. We reply within 2 working days to say we have it, and aim to sort it out within 14 days.

3. If we can't agree, we'll tell you in writing, give you the name and website of a certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, and say whether we will use it.

4. You can always get free advice from Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133), and you keep your right to go to court.
