Treat workers fairly under automated management
Where software manages workers, they must be told how, decisions that restrict them need a human, and their representatives must be consulted.
What to put in place
Tell workers which automated systems affect them, put a human on every restriction or termination, and consult their representatives.
Policy wording you can use
[your organisation] tells workers which automated systems monitor or make decisions about them. Restricting, suspending or ending a worker's account is always decided by a person, and worker representatives are consulted before such systems change.
Prove it once
Describe or link the evidence that this is in place: the policy, the page, the document reference. It is sealed once and applied to all 12 controls here that take a yes or a document (the rest need their own number or date and are listed after).
