Back every environmental claim
Green claims must be specific, certified or proven, and never rest on offsetting alone.
What to put in place
Keep an inventory of every environmental claim with the evidence behind it, and drop generic or offset-based claims.
Policy wording you can use
[your organisation] makes no environmental claim it cannot prove. Every claim is listed with its evidence, labels are certified or set by public authorities, and no product is described as neutral on the strength of offsetting.
Prove it once
Describe or link the evidence that this is in place: the policy, the page, the document reference. It is sealed once and applied to all 9 controls here that take a yes or a document (the rest need their own number or date and are listed after).
Every control that asks for this
