Green claims - evidence sealed and dated when the claim was made
This control asks you to show: evidence sealed and dated when the claim was made. Directive (EU) 2024/825, applying from 27 September 2026. Generic environmental claims, and neutral claims based on offsetting, are banned; every claim needs evidence.
What evidence passes
The check reads the field
evidence_timestamped in the decision or governance record. It passes when that field is set to true (yes, it is in place). Anything else fails, with the reason stated.Check it now
Free, no account. You get PASS or FAIL, the reason, and a tamper-evident receipt.
