sebbi BANKING: proof for fraud controls

RELEASE, HOLD or STOP before any payment leaves, sealed, so a bank can prove what it did with what its controls told it.

Open sebbi BANKING →

What it is

sebbi BANKING answers the question the FCA's CP26/38 puts to every bank and payment firm: what did you do with the information your controls gave you? Before a payment is released it checks the agent's authority, the payee's sealed bank details, the human kill switch and the FCA fraud indicators.

How it works

Each payment check returns RELEASE, HOLD or STOP, sealed, with next steps for human review, response, a Court Pack and a chain check. A law map covers UK, EU and US banking fraud law with 40 checks.

Who it is for

Banks, payment firms, building societies and fintechs.
