Each signal has a weight from 0 to 0.30. Send raw signal values 0-1 at decision time; these weights decide how much each one counts.

Community-contributed templates. Unverified. Always validate a pack against your own risk assessment before relying on it. Publishing your own pack is optional - your packs are private by default.

Signal packs let you evaluate the foreseeable risks specific to your system, per decision, sealed into a tamper-evident record. This supports EU AI Act risk-evaluation and record-keeping duties. It does not by itself constitute a complete Article 9 risk-management process - the documented governance around your packs is yours to maintain.
