Keep a human in control
People must be able to watch, question, override and stop an AI system, and decisions that matter must be reviewable by a person.
What to put in place
Name who oversees each AI system, give them a working stop and override, and record when they use it.
Policy wording you can use
[your organisation] assigns a named, trained person to oversee each AI system. That person can review, override or stop the system at any time, and every intervention is recorded.

Describe or link the evidence that this is in place: the policy, the page, the document reference. It is sealed once and applied to all 10 controls here that take a yes or a document (the rest need their own number or date and are listed after).
