Say when it's AI
People must know when they are dealing with an AI system or looking at AI-generated content.
What to put in place
Show a clear notice wherever people interact with AI or see AI-generated content.
Policy wording you can use
[your organisation] tells people clearly, at the start, when they are interacting with an AI system, and marks AI-generated or altered content as such.
Prove it once
Describe or link the evidence that this is in place: the policy, the page, the document reference. It is sealed once and applied to all 19 controls here that take a yes or a document (the rest need their own number or date and are listed after).
