Make it usable by everyone

Websites, apps and services must work for disabled people, to WCAG 2.1 AA.

What to put in place

Test the site and app against WCAG 2.1 AA, fix what fails and give people a way to report problems.

Policy wording you can use

[your organisation] builds its website and apps to WCAG 2.1 AA (EN 301 549), tests them before release and fixes accessibility problems reported by users.

Prove it once

Describe or link the evidence that this is in place: the policy, the page, the document reference. It is sealed once and applied to all 13 controls here that take a yes or a document (the rest need their own number or date and are listed after).
