The engineer behind sebbi.pro

Justin Dobson

Systems Engineer · Founder & Lead Systems Architect, sebbi.pro

Justin Dobson is a systems engineer and the founder and lead systems architect of sebbi.pro, the proof layer for AI, built by Monop Content in the United Kingdom. He designed and built the whole platform himself: a deterministic AI decision engine that scores decisions in under 30 milliseconds, a tamper-evident evidence chain anchored into Bitcoin and dual-signed with post-quantum cryptography, a library of 755 compliance checks across thirteen regulatory frameworks, an MCP server listed in the official MCP Registry, and open-source SDKs published to PyPI and npm. Self-taught, he spent years studying artificial intelligence and the incoming AI regulation before writing a line of code, so the system was designed around the law from the start.

World-class systems engineering, all of it live

Every system below was designed and built by Justin Dobson and runs in production on sebbi.pro today. Each card links to the working system, so every claim can be checked.

Deterministic AI decision engine

Scores any AI or automated decision ALLOW, CHALLENGE or BLOCK in under 30 ms using arithmetic alone, so the same inputs always give the same verdict and every verdict can be replayed exactly.

Tamper-evident evidence chain

A SHA-256 hash chain protected five ways: public drand randomness so nothing can be backdated, independent witness chains, gap-proof numbered receipts and an hourly commitment of the whole chain into Bitcoin. Anyone can check any decision in their own browser.

Check it live →
Quantum Seal

Every block batched into RFC 6962 Merkle trees and dual-signed with ML-DSA-87 (FIPS 204, NIST level 5) and Ed448 (RFC 8032), with four-eyes crypto agility.

Check it live →
Public proof log

An RFC 6962 Merkle log, the Certificate Transparency construction, issuing instant inclusion receipts checkable with any standard verifier.

Check it live →
Bitcoin Notary and Forever Proofs

Free timestamping of any fingerprint into Bitcoin, with self-contained proofs and an open verifier.

Check it live →
The Conformance Library

755 compliance checks: 499 regulatory controls and 256 agent-output gates across the EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA and more, each returning PASS or FAIL with a sealed receipt.

Check it live →
MCP server

sebbi.pro as a Model Context Protocol connector for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, listed in the official MCP Registry under the pro.sebbi namespace.

Check it live →
Open-source receipts SDK

pip install sebbi and npm install sebbi: zero-dependency SDKs with OpenTelemetry, LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents and Vercel AI integrations, released through PyPI Trusted Publishing with signed attestations.

Check it live →
Agent Passport

Ed25519-signed, single-use permission tokens for AI agent actions, derived from a human grant and checkable offline.

Check it live →
AI Gateway and the AI-Decision-Receipt standard

Governance at the wire for OpenAI and Anthropic calls, with an open response-header standard for decision receipts.

Check it live →
Enforcement Loops

An automated regulatory kill switch that contains an AI the instant a sealed threshold is crossed.

Check it live →
sebbi BANKING

Pre-payment RELEASE, HOLD or STOP decisions with FCA fraud indicators, built for the FCA's CP26/38 question.

Check it live →
Website Studio

A prompt-to-website builder that runs on the customer's own AI, with bookings, payments, enquiries and proven reviews built in.

Open standards authored

The Insurable AI Standard

Insurability Levels I-0 to I-4 composed from sealed proof rather than questionnaires.

The AI Integrity Declaration

An open L0 to L4 rating standard for AI deployments with a public domain checker.

The AI-Decision-Receipt header

An open standard for attaching a verifiable decision receipt to every AI response.

The Decision Rights file

An open format, ai-decisions.json, for declaring which decisions an organisation automates and where challenges go.

The Ordering Test

A joint conformance standard for provable ordering of decisions.

How he works

Understand the problem completely, then build the answer to the law, not to a demo. Every output is provable: deterministic arithmetic instead of guesswork, cryptographic evidence instead of claims, and public verification that never asks anyone to trust sebbi.pro.
