The audit sample nobody chose

Every audit tests a sample, and the old question is who picked it. Here the random seed is a Bitcoin block that has not been mined yet when you ask. Nobody, not the company, not the auditor, not sebbi.pro, can influence it. When the block lands, the sample exists; before then it cannot.
