Distributors, importers, deployers, third parties

What it means

Anyone who puts their name or trademark on a high-risk system, makes a substantial modification, or changes the purpose of a system so it becomes high-risk becomes its provider. Original providers must cooperate and hand over the information needed. Suppliers of tools, services, components or processes to high-risk providers must agree in writing to give necessary information.
