Obligations of providers of high-risk AI systems
What it means
Providers must ensure compliance with Articles 9 to 15, show their name and contact details, run a quality management system, keep documentation and logs, carry out conformity assessment, draw up the EU declaration of conformity, affix the CE marking, register, take corrective action, demonstrate conformity on request and meet accessibility requirements.
