Data and data governance
What it means
Training, validation and test data must be governed: design choices, collection, preparation, assumptions, availability and suitability documented; examined for bias that could affect health, safety or rights; relevant, representative and as error-free and complete as possible. Special category data may be processed strictly for bias detection and correction, with safeguards.
