"definition": "AI LOSS OCCURRENCE means all individual losses arising from the same Originating AI Cause and affecting AI Systems built on the same Model Family, which occur during any period of [72] consecutive hours chosen by the Reinsured and commencing at or after the time of the first such individual loss. No individual loss shall be included in more than one AI Loss Occurrence.\nORIGINATING AI CAUSE means a single defect, change, update, withdrawal, compromise, manipulation or failure of an AI model, its weights, its instructions, its provider's service or a shared component on which it depends.\nMODEL FAMILY means AI Systems built on models of the same provider and model line. The Model Family of each individual loss shall be established by sealed model lineage records where available, and otherwise by the Insured's declaration at inception.",

"aggregation_rule": "Losses are grouped by Model Family and Originating AI Cause. Within each group, an occurrence opens at the first loss not yet in an occurrence and takes every loss in that group up to the hours limit after it.",
"evidence": "Model Family is read from sealed, Bitcoin-timestamped model lineage records where they exist, so it cannot be assigned after the event.",
